Aamir Khan and Gauri Spratt on Sunday officially tied the knot, giving lakhs of fans a peek at the intimate ceremony at the Bollywood actor's Bandra home.

Amid the social media cheer for the wedded duo, following the 61-year-old's previous splits from Reena Dutta and Kiran Rao, news of the marriage has also sparked interest in Spratt's life, career, and her net worth. Notably, this is the 47-year-old's second marriage as well.

Raised primarily in Ooty, Gauri Spratt is a successful entrepreneur from a multicultural household.

Her father, Robert Spratt, has Tamil-British origins, while her mother, Rita, is Punjabi-Irish.

Reports claim that her grandfather was Philip Spratt, a communist writer born in Britain, who relocated to India in the 1920s, from where he actively participated in the Indian independence movement and helped launched the Communist Party of India (CPI).

After completing her schooling, she went on to complete her foundation degree in styling, photography, and fashion from the University of the Arts London (UAL).

She then went on to become a successful entrepreneur, making little noise as she rose to prominence in the creative world with her salon group, BBlunt@Spratt Hairdressing Pvt Ltd.

She eventually rose to become the manager and co-owner of the salon group, which, along with her other business investments, has raised her net worth to about ₹24-40 crore, as per reports.

The reports also claimed that Spratt often assists Aamir Khan Productions in various capacities, though THE WEEK could not independently verify this.

She owns a residential property in Pavani Parkwest in Bengaluru's Whitefield, which reportedly serves as the registered headquarters for Beyond The Crowd Ventures LLP, an investment firm that she co-owns with another entrepreneur.

Aside from that, Gauri and her sister, Shauna, previously operated a Spratt Hair Studio in Bengaluru, which was later sold to BBlunt in a successful transition arrangement.

The new duo also own a sprawling flat in Mumbai's Bandra, worth about ₹70 crore, where they have been living together since 2025.
