In just 10 days, Peddi has crossed several box office milestones, including entering the ₹350 crore club worldwide, ₹200 crore feat in net domestic earnings and ₹50 crore in overseas collection. Now, the Ram Charan starrer is on track to cross the ₹250 crore landmark in gross domestic collection.
On Day 10, Peddi earned ₹4.16 crore in net domestic collection till 5 pm, according to Sacnilk. The total net domestic earnings stand at ₹202.86 crore. It is now the ninth fastest Telugu movie to cross ₹200 crore mark, beating the 16-day record of Pushpa: The Rise.
RRR and Pushpa 2 achieved the feat in just two days while Saaho, Adipurush, Salaar: Cease Fire - Part 1 and Kalki 2898 AD did it in three days. Baahubali 2 and Devara: Part 1 took six days to reach the milestone.
The gross domestic collection of Peddi was recorded at ₹240.9 crore, according to Sacnilk. It just needs less than ₹10 crore to cross the ₹250 crore mark.
The producers of Peddi announced on June 13 that the sports drama directed by Buchi Babu Sana collected ₹366 crore in worldwide box office.
