'Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge' Day 24 box office update: All the records broken by Ranveer Singh blockbuster so far

The India net total of the Aditya Dhar sequel stands at Rs 1,055.94 crore, with the Hindi-only version earning around Rs 1,000+ crore. Its lifetime gross now stands at Rs 1,671.62 crore

As of April 11, 2026, "Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge" has established itself as a historic box office phenomenon, shattering numerous domestic and global records. Most notably, it became the first Hindi film to surpass the Rs 1,000 crore net collection milestone in India.

It is India's first film to net Rs 1,000 Crore in the Hindi version alone.

It is the highest Hindi opener of all time. The film earned Rs 99.10 crore from its Hindi version on Day 1 alone, surpassing the previous record of Rs 70.30 crore held by "Pushpa 2: The Rule".

It is also the fastest to reach the Rs 500 crore mark for its Hindi version — a milestone attained in just 6 days.

It is the fastest Hindi film to gross Rs 1,000 crore worldwide — a milestone achieved in just 7 days, beating the previous 18-day record held by "Jawan".

It also has the distinction of having the highest-earning paid preview screenings. It grossed Rs 75 crore from paid previews a day before its official release, breaking the records of "Stree 2" and "They Call Him OG".

It became the first Bollywood film to sell over 15 million tickets on the ticket-booking app BookMyShow.

It became the first Indian film to earn more than Rs 100 crore in a single day for Hindi net collections for two consecutive days — that is, Saturday and Sunday.

It is the highest-grossing Indian Film in North America,  having surpassed the long-standing record of "Baahubali 2: The Conclusion" by crossing $25 million in the region.

As of early April, "Dhurandhar: The Revenge" is the 10th highest-grossing film worldwide for the year 2026.

It is the highest-grossing Hindi movie domestically, having surpassed the lifetime India net collections of "Baahubali 2: The Conclusion" (approximately Rs 1,030 crore).

"Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge" reportedly sold its OTT rights to JioHotstar for a massive sum of Rs 120–150 crore, which is said to be double the acquisition price of the first instalment, which was released on Netflix.

It also emerged as the highest-grossing Indian film of all time in Australia and was the first Indian film to cross the €1 million mark in Germany.

On Day 24, the movie’s India net total stands at Rs 1,055.94 crore, with the Hindi-only version earning around Rs 1,000+ crore (as mentioned earlier). The lifetime gross now stands at Rs 1,671.62 crore (and counting).

Its North America gross was registered at $26 million (and counting).

The film is currently chasing the lifetime records of "Pushpa 2: The Rule", "Baahubali 2: The Conclusion" and "Dangal".
