As "Dhurandhar 2" inches towards the lifetime gross of "Pushpa 2: The Rule", all eyes are now on the Ranveer Singh movie's performance in the fourth week of its theatrical run.
As of now, "Pushpa 2" holds the highest single-day India net collection record (Rs 8.75 crore) for Day 23 — the fourth Friday — followed by "Dhurandhar 2" (Rs 7.00 crore), "Baahubali 2" (Day 23 is Saturday in this case, with Rs 6.35 crore), and "Jawan" (Rs 5.05 crore).
"Baahubali 2" saw a significant jump because its 23rd day fell on a Saturday, whereas the others faced the typical "fourth Friday" dip.
By the fourth Friday, "Pushpa 2" has collected Rs 1,128.85 crore in India's net earnings. "Dhurandhar 2" earned Rs 1,055.42 crore on its fourth Friday. "Baahubali 2" collected Rs 900 crore on its Day 23 when taking into account the India net gross of all languages combined. "Jawan" earned Rs 586.95 crore on Day 23.
It must be noted that despite recording its lowest single-day business since release on Day 23, "Pushpa 2: The Rule" maintains the strongest daily hold in this comparison. Its Hindi version alone contributed Rs 6.5 crore on this day.
"Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge", which was released on March 19, 2026, reached a cumulative worldwide gross of Rs 1,671.62 crore by Day 23. It recently surpassed the international lifetime gross of "Jawan".
We must also note that, unlike the others, the 23rd day of "Baahubali 2: The Conclusion" was a Saturday, leading to a 53% surge from the previous day's Rs 4.15 crore. It remains the benchmark for long-term domestic endurance.
Interestingly, "Jawan" benefited from a "Buy-1-Get-1" ticket offer during its fourth week, which helped it sustain a Rs 5.05 crore net on its 23rd day.
As of its 23rd day (April 11, 2026), "Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge" needs an additional Rs 70+ crore to reach the lifetime gross of "Pushpa 2: The Rule" (Rs 1,742.10 crore) and an additional Rs 116+ crore worldwide to reach the lifetime gross of "Baahubali 2: The Conclusion" (Rs 1,788.06 crore).
