Keanu Reeves seems to be in the mood for comedies these days. After "Good Fortune" with Aziz Ansari (his directorial debut), the "John Wick" and "The Matrix" actor is back in another comedy, this time for Apple TV.

Titled "Outcome", the dark comedy revolves around Hollywood, and is directed and co-producd by Jonah Hill — his second feature-length directorial work after 2018's "Mid90s" and his third directorial after the 2022 mental health documentary "Stutz" for Netflix.

Reeves' co-stars include Hill, Cameron Diaz, and Matt Bomer. The cast also features other big Hollywood names such as director Martin Scorsese, Susan Lucci, Laverne Cox, David Spade, Atsuko Okatsuka, Roy Wood Jr., Kaia Gerber, Ivy Wolk.

The Apple Original film will stream globally from April 10, 2026.

The official logline of “Outcome” describes it as a "dark comedy that centers on Reef Hawk (Reeves), a beloved Hollywood star who must dive into the depths of his hidden demons after he is extorted with a mysterious video that’s sure to shatter his image and end his career. With the support of his lifelong besties Kyle (Diaz) and Xander (Bomer), along with his crisis lawyer Ira (Hill), Reef embarks on a soul-searching journey to make amends with anyone he could have possibly wronged in hopes of identifying the blackmailer. Co-writer and director Jonah Hill brings a unique lens to Reef’s wild but spiritually cleansing, nostalgic and eye-opening trip down memory lane, where confronting his past might be the only way to rescue his future."

Hill and Ezra Woods co-wrote the script, with Matt Dines, Ali Goodwin and Hill involved as producers.
