As per latest updates, Sivakarthikeyan's career could be in line for a huge turning point. Speculations in Bollywood is that the 40-year-old is set to make his debut in the Hindi film industry under veteran director Sanjay Leela Bhansali. No official confirmation or updates are available about this but there is a sense of authenticity to these rumours.
Sivakarthikeyan was seen in Juhu at Bhansali's office on Friday (October 24) and this is what has given a start the speculations regarding his possible Bollywood debut. Bhansali is currently busy with War and Love starring Ranbir Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal and Alia Bhatt in lead roles. The trade feels that Sivakarthikeyan might even be doing a cameo role in this period love story that is set for a 2026 release.
Sivakarthikeyan's only release in 2025 was Madharaasi which failed to get going at the box office. The AR Murugadoss directorial received mixed feedback upon release and struggled to become an average grosser globally. However, his biopic Amaran in 2024 was a major blockbuster and established his progress as an action star in Kollywood.
