Popular Kollywood star Ajith Kumar met with an accident during the filming of the upcoming action thriller Vidaa Muyarchi.
In a series of videos, which have now gone viral, the actor is seen driving a car with his co-star 'Bigg Boss Tamil' season one winner Aarav Kizar seated next to him. The videos show the car toppling over during a chase sequence. The incident occurred in November 2023 in Azerbaijan.
The actor's publicist Suresh Chandra shared the videos on social media platform X.

Speaking to The Times of India, Chandra said, "The speculation is that one of the tyres of the vehicle that Ajith sir was driving might have gotten deflated, leading to this accident."
He said Ajith went for a check-up after the accident and resumed shooting in three hours as neither of the actors suffered injuries.
Directed by Magizh Thirumeni, Vidaa Muyarchi also stars Trisha, Arjun Sarja, and Regina Cassandra.
