Deepika's first look in Fighter, which also features Hrithik Roshan and Anil Kapoor is out. The movie directed by Siddharth Anand will hit theatres on January 25. The year 2023 saw quite a few action movies like Pathaan, Tiger 3 and Jawan. Now as we gear up for Singham Again starring Deepika Padukone and Ajay Devgn, we also have yet another action film Fighter to look forward to, apart from YRF-produced War 2 starring Hrithik Roshan.
In the poster, Padukone looks fierce as Squadron Leader Minal Rathore, with call-name Minni. A few days ago, the makers of the film released a poster featuring Hrithik Roshan, who will play Shamsher Pathania with the call-name Patty. Padukone has shared both posters on her Instagram account. The movie is being produced by Viacom18 Studios in collaboration with Marflix Pictures.
In the poster, Padukone completed her uniform-ed look by tying her hair in a bun and aviator sunglasses. She plays a helicopter pilot in the film.
There is much excitement around Fighter. In an interview, Hrithik Roshan said, “It’s very interesting as Patty, in many ways, in maturity, and age-wise too, is a little younger than me or how Kabir is. Kabir is more evolved and composed. Patty is young, spontaneous and angry, angry at things that maybe I would not personally be angry at. So, Patty is an interesting space for me because I remember me being like that at some point in my life.”
