British actor Tom Hiddleston, best known for Loki in the Marvel movies and for his role as Johnathon Pine in The Night Manager, was a guest at The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. During the interview, Hiddleston implied that certain Marvel characters, who have died, could be revived.

Fallon asked, “Since Loki knows how to time-slip now, can he go find someone like Tony Stark, a.k.a Iron Man?” “This guy. This is investigative journalism right here! I mean … time-slipping technically gives Loki some interesting moves he can make,” Hiddleston replied.

He hinted that he could go back to a time when Tony Stark or Iron Man and Natasha Romanoff aka The Black Widow were alive, due to his character's ability to time-slip or travel in and out of any point of time in the past, present or the future. The Marvel Universe is famous for bringing back dead characters. Vison, who died in Avengers: Infinity War was brought back to life by Wanda Maximoff, the Scarlet Witch.

Paul Bettany's character eventually perishes as the series Wanda-Vision ends. In the series, Wanda also brings back to life, her twin brother Pietro Maximoff, who was killed in Avengers: The Age of Ultron. “Speaking for myself, Loki’s died a few times. I’m still here,” Hiddleston told Hollywood Reporter. “I don’t know that death is necessarily … I mean death is — death is up for grabs, as an existential question! That’s all I can give you!” he added.

Both seasons of Loki are streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.
