Bollywood actor Deepika Padukone scotched speculations about troubles in her marriage with Ranveer Singh and clarified that all is well between the two.

Deepika Padukone, who recently appeared in a podcast by Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle, Archetypes, said Ranveer Singh has been away attending a music festival for a week, and now he is back. "My husband was at a music festival for a week and he has just come back home. So, he is gonna be happy to see my face.”

During the podcast, Markle, a former actor, and Deepika Padukone also spoke of their struggles with mental health issues.

"You just constantly feel empty, this feeling of emptiness and hollowness and hopelessness. Within our family and friends circle, we knew someone who was a counsellor and so I picked up the phone of her. I spoke to her.... literally from the sound of my voice, she could tell that I needed help," Padukone said, narrating her fight.

Markle said she was helped by her husband Prince Harry when she was facing mental health issues. "I think at my worst point, being finally connected to someone that my husband had found a referral for me to call. And I called this woman. She didn't know I was even calling her... She could hear the dire state that I was in. But I think it's for all of us to be really honest about what it is that you need and to not be afraid and make peace with that, to ask for it,” she said.
