The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Delhi Police, on Monday, issued a fresh summons to Bollywood actor Jacqueline Fernandez in connection with a money laundering case involving conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar.

She has been asked to appear for questioning on September 14 at EOW office at Mandir Marg in the national capital at 11 am. The police wants to question the actor in connection with a Rs 200 crore extortion case filed against Chandrashekhar.

This is the third summons to the actor. The police had asked her to appear for questioning on September 12, but she skipped it citing busy work schedule. She had asked for a date to appear after 15 days, but the police refused to give her so much time to join the investigation.

She had skipped an earlier summon as well, dated August 29.

Fernandez and another Bollywood actor Nora Fatehi had received luxury cars and other expensive gifts from Chandrashekar.
