After a week that was dominated by Shakun Batra's Gehraiyaan, streaming platforms are gearing up for another interesting week. Besides original series, Malayalam film Hridayam, which had released in theatres, is also set to stream this week.

The psychological thriller stars Mithun Chakraborty, Shruti Haasan, Arjan Bajwa, Gauhar Khan, Satyajeet Dubey and Sonalee Kulkarni. It is directed by Mukul Abhyankar and written by Anvita Dutt and Althea Kaushal. “Celebrated novelist Tahir Wazir, who is facing writer’s block, meets budding writer Meetu Mathur. She is a huge fan who seeks his guidance. Desperate Tahir decides to use her story for his next novel. Ad film assistant Parth is planning something vicious to destroy Tahir and his close ones. Mithya: ZEE5

A psychological thriller series starring Huma Qureshi in the lead, Mithya is directed by Rohan Sippy. Set in Darjeeling, the series navigates through the conflicted relationships between a Hindi literature professor Juhi, played by Qureshi, and her student Rhea (Avantika Dassani). As Juhi and Rhea engage in a head-to-head psychological combat, both unwilling to back down, 'Mithya' takes a dark turn and threatens to engulf the two and everyone around them," the official logline reads. The six-part ZEE5 Original series marks the debut of actor Bhagyashree’s daughter Dassani and also stars Parambrata Chatterjee, Rajit Kapur and Samir Soni in pivotal roles.
A Thursday: Disney + Hotstar
Release date: Feb 17
The film revolves around a play school teacher essayed by Yami Gautam, who takes 16 toddlers as hostages. The thriller is directed by Behzad Khambata and produced by Ronnie Screwvala and Premnath Rajagopalan. The film will also feature veteran actor Dimple Kapadia along with Neha Dhupia and Atul Kulkarni.
The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel Season 4: Amazon Prime

Rachel Brosnahan returns as comedian Midge Maisel to take on new challenges in season 4 of the award-winning series. The fourth season is set in 1960 “and change is in the air,” according to Prime Video. However, there is a change in format this time—all episodes won't be released together. The first two episodes will drop on February 18, followed by two new episodes every Friday for the next three weeks.
Texas Chainsaw Massacre: Netflix
Release date: Feb 18
“In this sequel, influencers looking to breathe new life into a Texas ghost town encounter Leatherface, an infamous killer who wears a mask of human skin,” reads the Netflix synopsis. The horror film features Sarah Yarkin, Elsie Fisher and Mark Burnham.
Hridayam: Disney + Hotstar
Release date: Feb 18
Written and directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan, the Malayalam romantic drama featuring Pranav Mohanlal, Darshana Rajendran and Kalyani Priyadarshan, was a huge hit at the box office. The film had released in theatres on January 21.
