Malayalam actor Tovino Thomas has been hospitalised after he was injured on the sets of his upcoming film Kala.
He suffered a stomach injury while shooting for an action sequence.
The actor, who was found to have internal bleeding, is under observation at the Intensive Care Unit of a private hospital in Kochi.
The film is directed by Rohith VS and bankrolled by Juvis Productions .
Tovino is also working on his superhero film Minnal Murali, directed by Basil Joseph.
