As the world remains in lockdown mode amid the coronavirus pandemic, one event that you can look forward to over the weekend is the 'One World: Together at Home' virtual concert, that will bring together some of the biggest stars and music legends.

The global event is run by the Global Citizen movement and the World Health Organisation (WHO), and curated by pop queen Lady Gaga. American TV personalities Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon will host the show, which will feature Elton John, Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, Paul McCartney, Celine Dion, John Legend and Oprah Winfrey among others.

Adding to the star-studded lineup, all four members of the Rolling Stones also confirmed they will be part of the Saturday concert. “We are honoured to be invited to be part of the ‘One World: Together at Home’ broadcast - from our homes in isolation,” the group said in a statement released by Global Citizen.

The event will also feature special appearances by Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra.

“Health care workers on the frontlines of the #COVID19 crisis need our support. That’s why I’m standing in solidarity with @glblctzn and @WHO for One World: #TogetherAtHome,” Shah Rukh Khan tweeted.
