Sushmita Sen and boyfriend Rohman Shawl have always shared videos of their fitness routine, and they are sticking to it even during the lockdown.
Sushmita has shared a few pictures of her fitness session with Rohman at her home gym. “Tough times don't last... Tough people do! True that! Staying committed to life is powerful... for life always finds a way! We will all need to be of service at some point, it's wise to stay mentally strong and physically healthy against all odds, to be of help when life beckons! Sending love and healing energies to the world!,” she captioned the post.
In an earlier video where she shared a video of a workout session with Rohman, she wrote that working out with his is bliss. "Working out together is bliss! Even if I have to lend him my track pants to achieve it! And of course it fits! ,” she wrote.
As India continues on lockdown mode to fight the coronavirus outbreak, many celebs have been sharing glimpses of their workout routines and how they have tweaked it for the lockdown period as gyms are shut. Celebs as well as health experts have been inspiring people to stick to fitness regimes and find new ways to do so during the complete lockdown as people remain at home.
Sushmita had also shared an adorable video of her daughters Renee and Alisah spending time with Rohman amid the lockdown. "Simple togetherness and ample laughter! Learning to make the most of every situation... knowing the power of 'hope' & 'positivity' can move mountains," she captioned her post.
In January Sushmita took to Instagram to share an adorable birthday wish for Rohman. Sushmita adorably referred to Rohman as 'Babushhhh', and shared a romantic post along with some great family pictures.
She also shared a picture with her daughters Renee and Alisah. Rohman replied to the post saying: "You make me complete. Thank you so much, my jaaan! A very happy birthday to us."
Sushmita regularly posts on Instagram, sharing pictures of her daughters and often striking adorable dance or exercise postures with Rohman. On the workfront, she is all set to return to the big screen after a decade. In December last year, she took to social media to announce her comeback and thanked her fans for waiting patiently for her return.
