Sai Pallavi is on a high. The actor, who won the heart of Malayalam cine goers with her performance in Premam and later went on to be part of some of the blockbusters in Telugu and Tamil, is making her comeback to Mollywood with Athiran, a psychological thriller, also starring Fahadh Faasil.
In a recent interview to a Malayalam magazine, Sai Pallavi opened up about her fascination for Mollywood. She said she has high regard for Malayalam movies as even commercial movies are made with high artistic quotient in Mollywood. The actor said she was greatly impressed by the recently released movie Kumbalangi Nights.
Sai Pallavi said there was some delay in doing a Malayalam movie after Kali as she wanted to dub for her character. She said the director of Athiran, Vivek, assured her that she does not have much dialogues and she could dub for her character. Talking about her co-star in the movie, Fahadh Faasil, Sai Pallavi said while he is fun to be around on the film sets, he becomes a whole new person and gets into the skin of the character once he is in front of the camera and hears the word 'action'.
