Sai Pallavi stole the hearts of Malayalm movie goers with her fine performance and finer dance moves in Premam. Her next Malayalam outing, the Dulquer Salmaan starrer Kali, was widely appreciated too.
Now, the actor is all set to impress Mollywood again as her latest Malayalam movie, Athiran, a thriller with Fahadh Faasil in the lead is gearing up for release. On Friday, Sai Pallavi too to the social media to express her excitement over being part of Athiran.
“Back to where it all began... super excited to be part of a Malayalam film after 3 years. ATHIRAN !!!,” she said in a tweet, while sharing two posters of the movie.

Directed by newcomer Vivek, Athiran which is written by P. F. Mathews—the man behind the scripts of widely appreciated Ee.Ma.Yau— is set inside a psychiatric hospital in Ooty and Fahadh Faasil plays a doctor in the movie. Athiran also has Bollywood actor Atul Kulkarni and Prakash Raj in supporting roles.
Sai Pallavi's last outing was the Tamil movie Maari 2. While the movie mostly received mixed reviews, the song video 'Rowdy Baby' has gone viral. She will also been seen in NGK: Nandha Gopalan Kumaran in which she is paired opposite Suriya.
