Actress Janhvi Kapoor on Monday shared a lovely childhood picture with parents Sridevi and Boney Kapoor, on the occasion of Sridevi's 55th birth anniversary. Fans and family have still not recovered from the tragic death of Sridevi in Dubai in February.

In the picture, which surely seems to be a special memory, Janhvi is seen in her mother Sridevi's arms, as Boney Kapoor stands behind, hold them close. Janhvi, however, hasn't added any caption for the image. Janhvi who recently made her Bollywood debut with Dhadak has often talked about the void her mother's death has left her with. The Kapoors, however, have gotten together strongly to support each other and move forward despite the tragic loss.

"She never wanted me to be an actress. She was more relaxed about Khushi getting into films. She thought I was naïve, that I wasn't thick-skinned enough. She wanted us to live a more relaxed life. She loved what she did but you know it was intense," said Janhvi on her mother's response to her entering Bollywood.

“To the world, she was their Chandni, but to me, she was my love, my friend, mother to our girls, my partner. To our daughters, she was their everything, their life,” Boney Kapoor wrote in a note after her death.

Recently, the late actor was also posthumously honoured with the Best Actress award for her performance in Mom at the 65th National Film Awards.
