Zen Technologies Limited, which, among other things, designs counter-drone solutions for safeguarding borders and critical infrastructure, has unveiled an AI-powered anti-drone system capable of detecting, tracking, and neutralising drones.

The system can be deployed in vehicle-mounted, man-portable, and fixed-site configurations. It provides frequency coverage ranging from 70 MHz to 12 GHz, can detect targets at distances exceeding 15 kilometres, and is capable of tracking more than 100 drones simultaneously.

The system was launched at the North Tech Symposium 2026 in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

According to media reports, the platform is equipped with RF jamming, GNSS jamming, and spoofing capabilities, along with integration for remote-controlled weapon stations and air defence guns. It also features a data fusion and command centre that combines inputs from various sensors to identify, classify, and respond to aerial threats.

CMD of Zen Technologies, Ashok Atluri, pointed out that while the world is focused on building drones, the real advantage belongs to those who can make such drones irrelevant.

He said, “At Zen Technologies, we have built exactly that advantage. This launch reinforces our commitment to advancing cutting-edge indigenous defence technologies, reducing import dependence, and equipping our armed forces with globally competitive, future-ready capabilities.”

He noted that this platform will enhance the survivability and mission assurance of the forces in an increasingly contested battlespace.
