Apple’s most expensive phone models, including iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max, are now available in India. The latest Pro models officially went on sale on September 18. Since Apple’s launch days have always drawn long queues outside Apple stores, the phone has also launched on quick commerce platforms including Zepto, Blinkit, and Swiggy Instamart.
During the iPhone launch on quick commerce platforms, the retail list price generally matches standard online and offline official retail rates. However, the surge in deliveries can alter the handling or delivery fees and increase the total bill. For instance, Swiggy adds an extra ₹5 handling fee for the iPhone 18 Pro, which is priced at the same offline retail price of ₹3,14,900. The price can increase depending on the time and location of the purchase.
Previously, users have complained about the “iPhone Tax”, which claims that delivery apps like Zomato and Swiggy Instamart exaggerate prices for iPhone users compared to Android devices. However, no such complaints have been reported for the latest iPhone launch so far.
Zepto said the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max will be available on its platform from today across the regions of Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Chennai. All the different models with the various storage options, including 256 GB, 512 GB, 1 TB, and 2 TB, will be available. The platform will offer black, silver, burgundy and glacier colours. However, the 2 TB iPhone 18 Pro has so far been listed only in Burgundy and Glacier. The new AirPods 5, with active noise cancellation, will also be available on the platform.
Blinkit is offering the iPhone 18 Pro and Pro Max in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Jaipur and Lucknow. The iPhone 18 Pro has been listed in all four colours. The platform is also offering AirPods 5 and the Apple Watch Series 12.
Swiggy Instamart is offering the new Pro models. Information regarding the coverage, stock and delivery times in other areas varies based on inventory. All models of the phone have already been sold out on the platform in the Delhi NCR region.
