One of the most anticipated public issues of 2026 in the health care sector, Manipal Health IPO with an issue size of ₹9275 cr, is all set to go public from July 29.

As per Manipal Health Enterprises, as of March 31, the company operated 49 hospitals with 13,037 licensed beds across 14 states and UTs. The IPO consists of both a fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS).

Key IPO Details:

Manipal Health IPO will officially be open for public bidding from July 29. However, interested individuals can pre-apply for their initial public offering. On pre-applying, the order will be placed on the exchange as soon as public bidding starts.

Interested individuals can submit their IPO application till July 31. The lot size is 25 and investors need to make a minimum investment of Rs 14,000. The price range for the IPO is fixed at ₹560- ₹590.

Once the public bidding window is completed, shares are expected to be allotted on August 3, with the tentative listing of shares expected to take place on August 5. The shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE and NSE.
