Mumbai Police issued a lookout circular against Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra on Friday.

According to the officials, the notice was issued by the Economic Offences Wing in connection with a Rs 60 crore cheating case.

It has been informed that a case has been registered against the duo at Juhu police station on August 14 for allegedly duping a businessman of nearly Rs 60 crore in a loan-cum-investment deal.

A Lookout Circular is issued against an individual to prevent a person from leaving the country or to track their movements, typically by issuing an alert to immigration and border control points.

Amidst the controversy, Shilpa Shetty, in a post on her social media account, updated her followers about the closure of her restaurant Bastian Bandra. She mentioned that the upscale eatery spot was moving to Juhu as Bastian Beach Club.
