Reliance Industries will conduct its 48th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, August 19 2025, at 2 pm. The mode of the AGM is video conferencing (VC), with the option of Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) for investors.
The major agenda of the AGM of India’s most valued listed firm, led by the Ambani family, would be to adopt the audited consolidated and standalone financial statements of the company for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
Another item on the agenda for Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) would be to pass the ordinary resolution to provide the dividend at the rate of Rs 5.50 per equity share of Rs 10 each, fully paid-up of the company.

Another major move would be to appoint Isha M. Ambani, who retires by rotation at the meeting, to be appointed as a director of the company. The same goes for Nikhil R. Meswani.
How to join the Reliance AGM
According to RIL, members will be able to attend the AGM through VC or OAVM or view the live webcast through JioEvents by using their login credentials provided in the accompanying communication.
RIL says the following: Members are requested to follow the procedure given below:
1. Launch internet browser on the following link: https://jioevents.jio.com/rilagm (best viewed with Edge 80+, Firefox 78+, Chrome 83+, Safari 13+).
2. If you are a shareholder, click on the “Shareholders CLICK HERE” button.
3. Enter the login credentials (i.e., User ID and password provided in the accompanying communication to each shareholders) and click on “Login”.
4.Upon logging in, you will enter the Meeting Room.
5. Others can use the “Others CLICK HERE” button.
Members will be allowed to attend the AGM through VC or OAVM on a first-come, first-served basis.
Facility to join the Meeting shall be opened thirty minutes before the scheduled time of the Meeting and shall be kept open throughout the proceedings of the meeting, RIL said.
