Within three months of raising prices of Amaze, City and Elevate models, Honda Cars India is gearing up for another hike from April.
Honda Amaze, the most affordable in the list, is pegged at Rs 7.16 lakh while Elevate costs Rs 11.58 lakh and City is priced at Rs 11.71 lakh. The City eHEV costs Rs 18.89 lakh.
An official announcement regarding the new price of the models is expected in the coming weeks. In January, the price of all City variants were hiked by Rs 8,000. The base variant of Elevate became costlier by Rs 58,000 in January while the remaining Elevate variants saw their prices increasing uniformly by Rs 20,000.
However, car buyers hoping to get their hands on Honda models can take advantage of deep discounts offered this month. Ahead of the price hike, Amaze comes with a discount of Rs 90,000 in March while Elevate can be bought cheaper by Rs 50,000 and City is available for Rs 1.19 lakh less.
