Amul, India’s largest dairy cooperative, has organized a 24-hour non-stop Facebook live session to celebrate Teacher’s Day on Saturday.
According to an official spokesperson, the competition will start from 2 pm on Saturday and end at 2 pm on Sunday. Every half an hour, three to four chefs will prepare together dishes and dedicate it to their teachers.
The President of the World Association of Chefs Society, Chef Thomas, will launch the event, which will culminate with a session by Michelin Star Chef Suvir Saran.

The spokesperson said that the viewers will get a chance to learn the skills and tips from the chefs from 26 cities across four countries, including Saudi Arabia, Dubai and USA.
One of the interesting things of the event will be that over 1,500 viewers will stand a chance to gift Amul chocolates to their favourite teacher. Viewers will have to send wishes during the Facebook Live and every hour AMUL will select the 60 top dedications from viewers and send a best wishes pack of AMUL chocolate on their behalf to the teacher.
