Lance Twiggs, the transgender roommate of Tyler Robinson—accused of shooting conservative activist and Trump ally Charlie Kirk—has reportedly gone missing, again fuelling speculations about her possible involvement in the murder.
This comes amid an FBI probe into the assassination, which continues even after Charlie's widow Erika publicly announced at a memorial service that she had forgiven Robinson.
The 22-year-old gamer and part-time plumber was last seen when she was taken away by the police for questioning, in connection with the assassination and her role in it.
Although she has not been charged with any crime, as the FBI had earlier said that she was cooperating perfectly in the probe efforts, Twiggs has still not returned to the Utah townhouse where she reportedly lived with Robinson.
"Good riddance. I never want to see either of them again," a neighbour told The Daily Mail, not clarifying further.
The report also noted that upstairs lights had been left on for more than a week. Notes and Amazon packages were also piling up in front of the house.
"If he ever comes back, it will be in a body bag ... That's not a threat—I'm just saying that there are so many people who want a piece of him he'd be mad to show his face in public again. This was a generational event," another neighbour mused.
Washington County Sheriff Nate Brooksby has previously said that Twiggs was in a “safe space very far away from St. George”, and needed “to lay low for a long time".
In that regard, Lance Twiggs could likely enter a federal witness protection scheme as she is a significant part of the high-profile FBI investigation into Charlie Kirk's assassination.
However, it is not yet known if she has accepted law enforcement protection.
Amid Kirk's memorial service on Sunday, FBI Chief Kash Patel, who missed the event, wrote on X that the agency was currently exploring the "possibility of accomplices", among other things.
"Regarding specific details, such as questions about the plane that allegedly turned off its transponder after departing from an airport near the assassination site, we can share updates when answers are confirmed," he added.
