US President Donald Trump, the headline speaker at a Sunday memorial service for slain conservative activist Charlie Kirk, went viral on social media after he was seen dancing and lip-synching during the event.
"He was assassinated because he lived bravely, he lived boldly, and he argued brilliantly," Trump told thousands of mourners at the State Farm Stadium near Phoenix, Arizona, calling Kirk a "great American hero" and "martyr".

"My husband, Charlie, he wanted to save young men, just like the one who took his life," Erika said in an emotional speech during the event, adding that she forgave the shooter, Tyler Robinson.
Turning Point USA Chair Erika Kirk was joined by a number of top Trump administration officials, Republicans, and allies, such as Vice President J.D. Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Elon Musk, US Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, and conservative personality Mikey McCoy.
Trump was also seen having a conversation with frenemy Musk on the sidelines of the event.

Notably, First Lady Melania Trump was absent, in addition to Trump's daughter Ivanka, and FBI Chief Kash Patel.
Thousands of people queued for hours outside the stadium before the event, eventually making the memorial service both a church service and a political rally.
Charlie Kirk (31) died on September 10 after a single gunshot to the neck during a public appearance at a Utah university. While a clear motive for Robinson's attack has not been established yet, he has reportedly told a family member that "Kirk was full of hate and spreading hate".
