Billionaire Elon Musk often brings his children to his workplace and they even accompany him to exclusive venues where only tech moguls and world leaders have access. Recently, some of them were spotted in Washington DC, where their father heads the Department of Government Efficiency.

Earlier this week, Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Musk and his girlfriend Shivon Zilis. They were accompanied by Musk's son with Grimes, X, and the twins he shares with Zilis, Azure and Strider.
Who are Elon Musk's 13 children?
Justine Wilson: 6 children
Elon Musk welcomed his first son, Nevada Alexander, in 2002 with his former wife Justine Wilson. The Canadian author had five more children with Musk, including twins Vivian and Griffin and triplets Kai, Saxon and Damian.
Nevada Alexander
Musk's first-born Nevada Alexander passed away when he was 10 weeks old due to infant death syndrome (SIDS). According to his mother, Wilson, Nevada was sleeping on his back as usual but stopped breathing after a while. Though the paramedics tried to resuscitate him, he was deprived of oxygen for a long time and was declared brain-dead. After spending three days on ventilator, the parents decided to take him off life support.
Vivian Jenna Wilson and Griffin
Within two months after losing their first child, Wilson and Musk visited an IVF clinic and decided to get pregnant as early as possible. Following this, she gave birth to twins Vivian and Griffin in 2004.
Vivian, who was named Xavier Alexander Musk by her parents, legally changed her gender to woman following her 18th birthday in 2022 and changed her name to Vivian Jenna Wilson. She filed a petition, saying she does not wish to be "related to her biological father".
In 2024, Musk said his "son is dead" and was "tricked" into allowing her to undergo gender-affirming treatments.
Kai, Saxon and Damian
In 2006, Wilson gave birth to Kai, Saxon and Damian via IVF. Damian is a prodigy in classical music and has excelled in maths and physics.
Grimes: 3 children
X Æ A-12
Musk and Grimes had their first child on May 4, 2020. The couple shocked the world as they revealed his name as X Æ A-12, which was later changed to X Æ A-Xii.
Known by his nickname X, the four-year-old was recently seen at the Oval Office with his father as US President Donald Trump signed an executive order giving more power to the Department of Government Efficiency.
Exa Dark Sideræl
A month after Strider and Azure were born, Grimes welcomed a baby girl via surrogate in December 2021. This happened three months after Musk and Grimes broke up.
Later, the girl's name was revealed as Exa Dark Sideræl.
Techno Mechanicus
Musk's third child with Grimes, Techno Mechanicus, nicknamed Tau, was born in June 2022.
Shivon Zilis: 4 children
Strider and Azure
In November 2021, Musk went on to have another set of twins, son Strider and daughter Azure, who he secretly welcomed with their mother, Shivon Zilis. The children's name and gender were revealed to the public only in September 2023.
Arcadia
Musk in June last year revealed that he had a third child with Shivon Zilis. It was later revealed that the child's name is Arcadia.
Seldon Lycurgus
On March 1, 2025, Musk revealed that he and Zilis welcomed a baby boy, Seldon Lycurgus.
Ashley St Clair and Musk's 13th child
