Reuters quoting the regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov reported at least three people were killed and dozens of residential buildings damaged in Russia's Belgorod in the blasts during the early hours of Sunday. The governor said that at least 11 apartment buildings and 39 private residential houses got damaged in the blasts and five got completely destroyed. At least four persons suffered injuries in the incident and they were rushed to hospital.
