Chelsea winger Willian is likely to leave Chelsea in the summer, according to reports. Goal.com reported that with the Brazilian footballer’s contract coming to an end within a few months, it is likely that he will not renew it, with other big clubs from Europe showing an interest in him.

However, he said that a return to Brazil is not imminent as he wants to stay in Europe. Willian had expressed his desire to continue at Stamford Bridge after his contract ends at the of season, but there have been no more negotiations over his two-year contract although he wanted a three-year deal with Chelsea.

“Everyone knows my contract is up in a few months and it looks like it'll be difficult to secure an extension. I think it's unlikely that I'll renew because Chelsea offered me a two-year deal, I asked for three and it ended there,” he told Fox Sports Brazil.

“We don’t know what might happen. We might suddenly reach an agreement, but what I can say today is that my contract is up and I’ll be free to negotiate with any club.”

Juventus and Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly shown interest in Willian.

The 31-year old, however, said that if he went back to Brazil, his team of choice would be his first club Corinthians. He said he is very fond of the club and has a “special bond” with it.

“If I do end up heading back to Brazil, Corinthians would be a great club for me to end my playing career at,” he said.
