Petr Cech reached a remarkable Premier League milestone against Watford, claiming his 200th clean sheet in the 3-0 victory.
Arsenal saw off Watford to secure their first Premier League win in four games and continue their recovery from a disastrous run of results.
But goals from Shkodran Mustafi, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Henrikh Mkhitaryan were enough to secure a fairly comfortable 3-0 win over Watford.
Cech put in a heroic performance, saving a 62nd minute penalty from Troy Deeney to preserve his historic clean sheet.
The goalkeeper had been stuck on 199 clean sheets, already a record, since Arsenal's 1-0 win over Newcastle on December 16, 2017, a run of 11 games.
Cech leads the record books by a margin of 31, with former Liverpool and Manchester City goalkeeper David James in second with 169 clean sheets.
