The Sharjah real estate exhibition, ‘Acres 2026’, will be held from January 21 to 24 at Expo Centre Sharjah, according to reports. According to the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, the expo will feature over 200 projects by major property development and investment companies from across the UAE.
The expo, which is expected to attract over 15,000 visitors, will be spread across 10,000 square metres.
Acres 2026, held to bolster the property sector across the UAE and globe, is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah.

Besides residential, commercial, and industrial projects, the expo will also feature new launches. Not only completed developments, even projects that are under construction will also be featured at the expo. The organizers also offer flexible payment and financing solutions to attract buyers.
Besides demonstrations, the expo will feature a comprehensive knowledge programme, including panel discussions and professional sessions addressing market trends, investment fundamentals, regulatory frameworks and the applications of artificial intelligence and blockchain in real estate, he added.
Meanwhile, authorities expect property transactions valued at more than Dh5 billion at the exhibition, thanks to the incentives to be offered to buyers. “We are expecting more than 120 exhibitors, showcasing over 200 projects during Acres 2026. We are also having more than 30 workshops and podcasts. In 2025, we had more than Dh4 billion in sales during the exhibition,” Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, chairman of the Representative Committee of the Real Estate Sector Business Group at the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
