The Ajman Police have launched a Smart Bail Service, speeding up bail procedures significantly. With the digitalisation of the system and a reduction in procedural steps from eight to four, the time required for bail processing has dropped from 71 minutes to just 16 minutes.
The authorities introduced the service using advanced technology to make the process easier and more efficient.
This online bail service is the latest initiative from Ajman Police, who have already earned praise for introducing flexible working hours, remote work options, and family leave benefits for staff. The new system replaces the traditional lengthy bail process with a faster and more efficient digital platform, benefiting both service providers and employees.
Colonel Gaith Khalifa Al Kaabi, Head of the Comprehensive City Police Center at Ajman Police, said the streamlined service was developed based on public feedback to ensure a customer-friendly environment. The initiative will help save customers’ time and effort.
Colonel Al Kaabi added that the Ajman Police are committed to maintaining and expanding smart services in line with the UAE’s comprehensive digital government strategy, aimed at improving quality of life and meeting public needs.
