The Indian Navy has announced recruitment opportunities for single women and men in the Agniveer (SSR) and Agniveer (MR) positions for the November 2024 batch.

The number of vacancies for the November 2024 batch has not been published yet. However, in the previous year, there were 1365 vacancies each for SSR-100 and Matric-100
.The online application process will be open from May 13 to 27, 2024.
Eligibility Criteria:
For SSR Recruit: Plus Two pass with 50% marks in Maths and Physics, or a 3-year Engineering Diploma with 50% marks, or pass in a two-year vocational course with 50% marks in Maths and Physics. For Matric Recruit: 10th pass with 50% marks.
Age requirement: Candidates must be born between November 1, 2003, and April 30, 2007.
Salary and Physical Qualifications:
The salary for the first year is 30,000 per month, which increases to 33,000 in subsequent years, and further to 36,500 and 40,000 in the following years.
The minimum height requirement is 157 cm
.
Selection process and training:
The selection process includes a written test, physical fitness test, and medical examination.
Training for the selected candidates will commence in November at INS Chilka, Odisha
.
