Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke on Saturday took to social media to state that the official Instagram account of the CJP movement had been taken down. He also shared screenshots showing the account was unavailable.

However, later the CJP said on S that they managed to regain access to the account.

Abhijit Dipke, founder of the Cockroach Janata Party, shared an angry photo on social media platform X early on Independence Day morning. Dipke wrote on social media X, "They've deleted the official Instagram handle of the Cockroach Janata Party. Cowards!"

In the screenshots he posted, CJP's official Instagram page appeared as "unavailable" or "user not found."

However, the CJP later posted on X: "CJP's Instagram handle was deleted this morning, but we were able to successfully recover our account. What a shame that those opposing CJP chose India's Independence Day to try to silence our voice. We will not be intimidated by such cowardly acts!"

Meanwhile, Dipke targeted Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis. On returning to Maharashtra from Delhi on Friday, Abhijeet Dipke shared a video, stating: “I have just reached my hometown and wherever I look, there are banners of Devendra  Fadnavis. Tiranga Rally is welcome, but is there really a need to put up such huge banners everywhere?” he said, questioning the wasteful expenditure incurred in the name of Tiranga Yatra.

“This money could be better spent on improving schools in rural areas. While students in rural Maharashtra are pleading for good roads to reach school, the Chief Minister has covered Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar with his own banners,” he added.
