Dipke, who is returning for the first time since launching his viral online party, has called for students and supporters to join him at the airport and subsequently at the Parliament Street Police Station to secure permission for the protest, emphasizing his belief in constitutional rights for peaceful dissent despite family concerns about potential arrest, and has rejected job offers to return to India and work for his country, with the CJP movement itself originating from a minister's derogatory remarks about unemployed youth.

Abhijeet Dipke, the founder of the satirical cockroach Janta party (CJP), has announced that he is returning to India on June 6. he will be launching a peaceful protest at the Jantar Mantar demanding the resignation of the education minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
This will be the first time Dipke has visited India after launching his viral online party.
Dipke announced the protest on Instagram and called on students and supporters to join the campaign. He said that all the exam-related disruptions and controversies have caused anxieties among students and warranted accountability from the government.
"The time has come for all of us to come together, following the path of the Constitution of India, and peacefully raise our voices to demand Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation. If we raise our voices together, they will definitely have to listen to us," he said.
“I have decided that I will arrive in Delhi on Saturday morning, June 6. Please join me at the airport, and together we will go to the Parliament Street police station to ask for permission to hold a peaceful protest at Jantar Mantar,” he added.
The announcement comes as the Delhi High Court refused to order the immediate unblocking of the CJP’s X account.
The satirical party’s official account on Instagram asked followers to join Abhijeet at the airport. “You can join Abhijeet at the airport and from there, we will all go together to Parliament Street Police Station to seek permission for a peaceful protest at Jantar Mantar,” it read.
“1 crore+ students across NEET, CBSE, CUET & SSC GD have had their futures put at risk. Some lost their lives. There has been zero accountability. That ends now.”
“Our Constitution gives us the right to raise our voices peacefully, and that is exactly what we will do. This movement is ours,” the account added.
Dipke also added concerns expressed by his family. “My friends and family are afraid that they will be arrested and sent to jail. But I still hope that our country is a democracy and we will get permission to protest peacefully. I want to make it clear, I am a big admirer of Gandhi, Ambedkar, Bhagat Singh and Nehru, and I believe in the constitution of India more than anything else, which gives us the right to raise our voice in a democracy,” he said.
He also said that he is returning to India despite receiving multiple job offers. I have also received many job offers in the past few days. But I am not going to take it, as I have decided to come back to India because I love my country, and I really want to do something for my country. Whatever we are today, it is all because of what this country has given us," he said.
The cockroach janta party is a youth-driven social media movement founded by Dipke after a minister likened the unemployed youth of India to cockroaches and parasites.
The online accounts of the satirical party have even gained support from several public and political figures and have been hailed as the voice of India’s youth.
