Yogi Adityanath said that earlier despite limited resources, the Gurus did excellent work with discipline and dedication. Cultural programs, Bal Sabhas, and sports competitions were organised in schools, which had a positive impact on the personality development of the students. The students of that time moved forward and succeeded despite adverse circumstances.
He said that today along with the government, private institutions were also cooperating in the field of education and contributing to the development of schools in the region.
“The government and society are working together to improve the quality of education, due to which government schools are being transformed. Now teachers also have an important responsibility to provide the best education to the children by making good use of these resources,” Adityanath added.
He said that earlier the teacher used to have a stick in his hand, but the parents never got angry, because they knew that the teachers were working to build the future of the children. The teachers not only reached the homes of the students but also made them aware of the latest events in the country and the world, he added.
He further went on to say that the responsibility of nation-building is not only of the government, but the active participation of the society is also necessary. When society gives priority to education and contributes to it, only then can the foundation of a better and brighter future be laid.
Dhami, while welcoming Yogi said that it was the Devbhoomi's good fortune that Yogi was from here. The people of the entire Uttarakhand have immense love and respect for him. “It is a matter of pride for all of us that Chief Minister Yogi had studied till class 5 in this school. No one is great by birth but achieves greatness with hard work and determination. The life of Chief Minister Yogi is strong proof that one can move forward with determination and hard work. There should be no alternative to determination,” said Dhami.
Dhami also said that despite being born into an ordinary family, Yogi Adityanath is today the Chief Minister of the most populous state in the country. The whole world recognises him as a Karmayogi.
“Before 2017, there was an atmosphere of anarchy in Uttar Pradesh, but today Uttar Pradesh has become an excellent state. There is a continuous development of roads and infrastructure in the state.”
He said that the state of Uttarakhand is moving forward continuously. According to the report of NITI Aayog, Uttarakhand ranks first in achieving sustainable development goals. The unemployment rate in the state has come down.
Many efforts have been made in the direction of quality education in Uttarakhand. Modern lab facilities, virtual classrooms, washrooms, libraries and other necessary resources have been provided in the schools of the state.
Dhami urged Yogi that the Ganga Expressway being built from Prayagraj to Meerut be extended to Haridwar.
He urged the students to make education their priority and study with loyalty and dedication. When the children study a lot and move forward, the name of Uttarakhand and the country will shine.
Rajendra Singh Rawat, who was the teacher of UP CM Yogi Adityanath, said that he was very promising in his studies and every field since childhood. He took education under the guidance of his Guruji and always moved towards excellence.
