Campaigning in Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav made a call for burning the “Lanka of Hemant Soren” so that a Ram Rajya could be established.
“This corrupt, dishonest and useless government has to be sent away”, Yadav said in Garhwa constituency.

Yadav remembered former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee in his speech saying that he had said that one day Jharkhand would be the country’s foremost state.
“The state has immense mineral wealth, given by God. There are plenty of natural resources”, he said.
Yadav criticised the Congress for not honouring the memory of tribal leader Birsa Munda.
“Our illustrious Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi ji, started celebrating Bhagwan Birsa Munda's birthday on 15 November as Tribal Pride Day across the country,” he said, commending the PM’s “large heartedness” towards tribal communities as evidenced by the elevation of Droupadi Murmu as the country’s president.
Yadav likened the state government’s deeds to those of Lord Krishna’s evil uncle Kansa, while touching upon the various allegations of corruption including the Rs 350 crores mining scam.
“These people kept filling their pockets by looting the hard-earned money of people. (They) do politics of lies and illusions. In the last election, Soren said that he will give gold coins to the people. If anyone of you has got it, please tell me. They did not give even a brass coin to anyone, forget about gold. They ate up all the money of the public,” Yadav said.
He likened the election to a religious war and said that the people of Jharkhand had to decide who would win this war. “There is a challenge to Sanatan Dharma and our culture in Jharkhand”, Yadav said.
Yadav drew attention to what he claimed were Bangladeshi infiltrators who had settled all over the state. “These infiltrators want to occupy your land, kidnap your sisters and daughters and loot their honour. They have created such a situation that they will turn Ranchi into Karachi”.
Yadav cautioned against the growing number of Bangladeshis and the falling population of Hindus and tribals in the state.
