Modi cabinet 3.0: Top four ministers retain their portfolios

Even as suspense continues on the allocation of portfolios to the newly-elected ministers in the Narendra Modi cabinet, reports claimed that Nitin Gadkari will retain the road and transport ministry.

Ajay Tamta and Harsh Malhotra have been appointed the ministers of state, transport.

Meanwhile, Modi held the first meeting of his new cabinet on Monday evening.

The newly-inducted ministers arrived at the prime minister's 7, Lok Kalyan Marg, residence around 5 pm and attended the meeting, a day after taking oath.
