On Tuesday, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi took to Twitter to list the achievements of Narendra Modi government during the COVID-19 era. Among the things he listed was the 'Namaste Trump' event in February, toppling the Madhya Pradesh government in March, making people light candles in April, sixth anniversary of the BJP government in May, virtual rally in Bihar in June and attempt to topple the government in Rajasthan in July.

Reacting to the sarcastic tweet of the Congress leader, Union minister Prakash Javadekar came up with a counter list of Rahul Gandhi's achievements since February.

In a equally sarcastic tweet, the minister listed losing "Jyotiraditya and Madhya Pradesh" and "defending China" among other achievements of the Congress leader.

“Note your achievements in the last six months,” the minister for information and broadcasting told the Congress leader, adding, "February: Shaheen Bagh and Riots; March: Losing Jyotiraditya and MP; April: Instigating migrant labourers."

"May: 6th anniversary of the historic defeat of the Congress; June: Defending China; July: Congress on virtual collapse in Rajasthan" he said in another tweet.

Further, the minister accused the Congress leader of insulting the people of India and "brave Corona warriors." "India has the least average cases, active cases and death rate than the US, Europe and Brazil. By making fun of candle lights, @RahulGandhi ji you have insulted the people of India & brave Corona warriors," he said.

On Monday, Rahul Gandhi had released his second in a series of videos in which he declared the situation in Ladakh was not simply a border issue, but "a border issue designed to put pressure on the prime minister of India". In his first video a few weeks ago, the Congress leader had said in the last six years, India has been “disturbed and disrupted” when it came to relationships with its neighbours.
