The Central Board of Secondary Education has released the answer key, response sheet and code of test booklet on its official website cbseneet.nic.in on Friday. The answer key, OMR sheets and code of test booklet will be available from Friday (May 25) to Sunday (May 27) till 5 pm, said a CBSE notification from the CBSE. NEET 2018 was held on Sunday, May 6

How to access answer key

The students who want to see NEET 2018 answer keys and their OMR sheets will be able to access the same by logging in to their account on cbseneet.nic.in, using their registration number and password. 

How to challenge answer key

The candidates looking to challenge the answer key, OMR grading of their response sheet or test booklet code can do so by paying a processing fee of Rs 1,000 per  answer key per response sheet per booklet code, CBSE said. The last day to file any application for challenging NEET 2018 answer key or OMR grading or test booklet is Sunday, May 27. The amount is non-refundable.

However, CBSE reserves full right in reviewing or updating the answer key. CBSE is expected to publish NEET 2018 resutls by June 5. The final answer key will be displayed on the day of results declaration.

This year, more than 13 lakh students appeared for NEET 2018 across India. There are 7,46, 076 females and 5,80,648 males appearing for NEET 2018, in addition to one transgender candidate. NEET 2018 was conducted at 2,255 exam centres spread across 136 cities in the country.
