Former RJ hacked to death in Kerala

A former radio jockey was hacked to death in Kerala in the wee hours of Tuesday.

Police have idenitified the victim as Rajesh, 37, who is also a folk singer. Another person Kuttan, who was with Rajesh, was also injured in the attack.

The duo, who had returned to their office after a music programme, were attacked by a group of unidentified assailants. The motive behind the murder was not known. The Attingal police have begun a probe into the incident.

Rajesh's social media profile says he had worked with Red FM as a RJ, before joining the Kerala FM station in Doha.

Rajesh is survived by his wife and son.
