On Day 19, "Jailer 2" recorded its lowest single-day domestic collection since its release, with earnings down 68% from Sunday's ₹11.20 crore. Before this, its lowest daily collection was ₹5.50 crore on Day 16, the third Friday. The drop is naturally attributed to the usual slowdown in weekday theatre attendance after a strong weekend.

On Day 19, which was the third Monday, the film collected ₹3.40 crore net across 7,995 shows in India. Tamil shows contributed the largest share, earning ₹2.20 crore from 3,627 shows. The Hindi version collected ₹60 lakh from 3,362 shows, while the Telugu and Kannada versions earned ₹43 lakh from 796 shows and ₹17 lakh from 210 shows, respectively.

With these earnings, "Jailer 2" has taken its total India gross collection to ₹537.75 crore, while its India net collection stands at ₹459.70 crore. Overseas markets added another ₹75 lakh on Day 19, taking the film's total overseas gross to ₹274.25 crore. Its combined worldwide gross now stands at ₹812 crore.

Despite the Day 19 decline, the film's overall performance remains historic. It became the first Tamil film to enter the ₹800 crore worldwide club, crossing the milestone on Day 18. It has also overtaken Rajinikanth's "2.0" to claim the title of the highest-grossing Tamil film ever. It now ranks as the 16th highest-grossing Indian film of all time and the second-highest-grossing Indian film of 2026, behind "Dhurandhar: The Revenge".

The film has also created major records in the southern states. It is reportedly the first Indian film to earn more than ₹75 crore in each of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Karnataka, and Kerala. It has become the highest-grossing Tamil film in Karnataka and Kerala, while surpassing "Baahubali 2" to become Kerala's highest-grossing non-Malayalam film. In Tamil Nadu, it is Rajinikanth's first film to cross ₹200 crore in gross collections.

Adding to its achievements, "Jailer 2" delivered a record-breaking ₹418.25 crore worldwide opening in four days and recorded the biggest overseas opening day for an Indian film in 2026. It also topped Kerala's weekend box office charts for three consecutive weeks.
