On Day 16, "Jailer 2" netted ₹5.50 crore in India across 8,079 shows. Tamil contributed ₹3.75 crore from 3,796 shows, while the Hindi version earned ₹1 crore from 3,310 shows. The Telugu version added ₹55 lakh from 799 shows, and Kannada contributed ₹20 lakh from 174 shows.

According to figures reported by Sacnilk, the cumulative India gross collection has now reached ₹509.45 crore, while its India net collection stands at ₹435.40 crore. Single-day overseas figures stood at ₹3 crore on Day 16, taking the total overseas gross to ₹267.50 crore. The film also recorded an estimated 4,29,196 ticket sales on its 16th day, bringing total ticket sales across its theatrical run to 2.93 crore.

Kerala has been one of the biggest success stories for "Jailer 2". The film, directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, and featuring Malayali actors Suraj Venjaramoodu and Hakkim Shahjahan, among others, has collected ₹75.25 crore in the state in just 16 days. Its strong performance was partly driven by the cameo of Malayalam superstar Mohanlal alongside Rajinikanth.

The film crossed the ₹60 crore mark in Kerala within seven days, beating the previous Tamil film record held by Vijay’s "Leo", which had collected ₹60 crore in Kerala. On Day 13, it crossed ₹72.25 crore, overtaking "Baahubali 2" and becoming the highest-grossing non-Malayalam film in the state's box office history.

The film also set a new opening-day record in Kerala, earning ₹12.70 crore gross with more than 4,000 shows. "Jailer 2" is now heading towards the ₹80 crore milestone.
