'Drishyam 3' (Hindi) beats lifetime collection of 'Drishyam 3' (Malayalam) in three days | Box Office
Domestically, it has already exceeded the lifetime net of the original 'Drishyam' (Hindi) and is on track to challenge 'Drishyam 2' (Hindi)
"Drishyam 3: The Conclusion" has emerged as a massive box office juggernaut, achieving the second-highest opening-weekend collections of 2026. Through its 3-day opening weekend coinciding with the Gandhi Jayanti holiday, the Ajay Devgn-led crime thriller has shattered multiple milestones globally.

Over three days, its India gross has reached ₹211.80 crore, including the Day 3 overseas gross, taking the overall overseas gross to ₹61 crore so far. The worldwide gross currently stands at ₹272.80 crore, as per box office portal Sacnilk.
It has already crossed the entire lifetime gross of Mohanlal's "Drishyam 3" in three days. The Malayalam version, directed by Jeethu Joseph, collected only ₹237.70 crore in its entire theatrical run.
"Drishyam 3" has turned out to be a career best for Ajay Devgn. The film recorded a massive ₹62 crore net on Day 1 (Friday), followed by ₹53.50 crore net on Day 2 (Saturday), marking the biggest opening day of the actor's career.
The milestone also marks a franchise high. By netting ₹176.50 crore domestically in three days, the final chapter has comfortably outpaced the entire lifetime domestic net of the original Drishyam (₹102.75 crore) and is moving rapidly towards challenging "Drishyam 2".
It must be noted, though, that the Malayalam version, released earlier in May 2026, had a much smaller domestic footprint due to limited screens but was an absolute titan overseas. On Day 1, the Malayalam version actually beat the Hindi version in international markets by ₹10 Crore. However, the massive Hindi market footprint (17,323 shows vs. the Malayalam version's much smaller footprint) pushed the Hindi Drishyam 3 to double the global opening weekend of the original.
Unlike the third Malayalam film, the Hindi version has a completely fresh, original script by Abhishek Pathak and his team rather than adapting the same material, and it has clearly worked to the film’s advantage.
