Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge is looking to topple the worldwide records of Pushpa 2 and Bahubali 2 in the coming week as the its global collections surpassed the Rs 1,500 crore club.
Going by figures available in the first 16 days, the spy thriller starring Ranveer Singh earned Rs 1,523 crore. Compared to this, Baahubali 2 minted Rs 1,788.06 crore in its lifetime, followed by Pushpa 2 which raked in Rs 1,742.1 crore.

As of 5 pm, Dhurandhar 2 netted Rs 12.85 crore from 9,515 shows in Indian box office, reports Sacnilk. The total net domestic collection of the Adhitya Dhar directorial was pegged at Rs 972.22 crore while its gross domestic earning was Rs 1,163.74 crore.
The daily collections of the movie have dipped during the third week, bagging Rs 18.30 crore on Thursday and Rs 21.55 crore on Friday. In the first week, Dhurandhar 2 earned Rs 581.47 crore, including the paid preview shows, compared to Rs 295.55 crore in the second week.
Dhurandhar 2 bagged Rs 43 crore from its paid previews on the day before its release and minted Rs 102.55 crore on its opening day. The box office run continued for the rest of the week, earning Rs 80.72 crore on Day 2, Rs 113 crore on Day 3 and Rs 114.85 crore on Day 4.
The collections saw a gradual slump in the following days, with the movie bringing in Rs 65 crore on Day 5, Rs 56.6 crore on Day 6, Rs 48.75 crore on Day 7, Rs 49.7 crore on Day 8 and Rs 41.75 crore on Day 9.
There was a slight improvement during the second weekend as Dhurandhar 2 minted Rs 62.85 crore on Day 10 and Rs 68.1 crore on Day 11. The new week saw further drop in collections, earning Rs 25.3 crore on Day 12, Rs 27.75 crore on Day 13 and Rs 20.1 crore on Day 14.
However, Dhurandhar 2 is set to enter Rs 1,000 crore club in net domestic box office collections in a few days while the gross domestic earnings are also expected to surpass Rs 1,200 crore soon.
