A high walkway accident on the set of the Marvel TV series 'Wonder Man' claimed the life of a crew member, reports said.
The unfortunate incident took place in Los Angeles's Radford Studio Centre on Tuesday, the BBC said in a report. The victim was identified as 41-year-old Juan Osorio, a lighting technician, the English media said.
Shooting was not happening during the time of the mishap. Some claim that Osorio fell to death from the rafters. According to reports, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has launched an investigation into the incident.
"Our thoughts and deepest condolences are with his family and friends, and our support is behind the investigation into the circumstances of this accident," Marvel reportedly said in a statement.
