November is here. As we start a fresh month, let us take a quick look at all the new movies and shows you can binge on during the first week. Some of the most anticipated OTT releases include Mani Ratnam's magnum opus Ponniyin Selvan-1 and Millie Bobby Brown-starrer Enola Holmes 2.

Enola Holmes 2: Netflix

A sequel to the 2020 movie, Enola Holmes 2 is a mystery thriller directed by Harry Bradbeer. Based on Nancy Springer's six-part book series, the film features Millie Bobby Brown as the titular protagonist. Enola is the younger sister of renowned detective Sherlock Holmes, essayed by Henry Cavill. In the film, Enola follows in the footsteps of her legendary brother and takes on her first case as a detective.

Ponniyin Selvan – 1: Amazon Prime Video

After a massive global box office success, Mani Ratnam's elaborate period drama will now be available for OTT viewing. Ponniyin Selvan, an adaptation of Kalki Krishnamoorthi's novel by the same name, is set in the backdrop of the Chola dynasty. The first part of the historical drama features a stellar cast—Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Trisha, Jayam Ravi, Vikram, Karthi, Jayaram, and Prakash Raj—among others.

Bullet Train: Netflix

Release date: November 5

The action thriller featuring Brad Pitt in the lead role released in theatres in August. Pitt plays an assassin who wants to give up that life, but he is pulled back into the job by his handler who tells him to collect a briefcase on a bullet train heading from Tokyo to Kyoto.

Brahmastra: Disney plus Hotstar

Ayan Mukherji's action fantasy drama, which opened to a lukewarm response at the box office recently, will now be available for OTT viewing. Starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, Brahmastra: Part One Shiva marks the beginning of a new cinematic universe, ‘The Astraverse’. It was planned as the first part of an ambitious trilogy. The film also features Amitabh Bachchan and Nagarjuna Akkineni in prominent roles.

My Policeman: Amazon Prime

Release date: November 4

My Policeman which follows the relationships between three people, features Harry Styles, Emma Corrin and David Dawson in key roles. Based on a romantic novel written by Bethan Roberts, the film is set in England in the 1950s. The plot revolves around a closeted policeman Tom, who falls in love with a museum curator. But because of the social constraints of the era, he is forced to marry Marion, a schoolteacher.
