Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut fired fresh salvo at Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, saying the chief minister has a problem with her because she exposed "movie mafia, murderers of SSR and its drug racket," who are friends of his son Aaditya Thackeray.

Taking to Twitter, the actor, who had earlier warned the chief minister that his “ego will be demolished”, wrote: “Basic problem of Maharashtra CM is why I exposed movie mafia, murderers of SSR and its drug racket, who his beloved son Aaditya Thakeray hangs out with, this is my big crime so now they want to fix me, ok try let’s see who fixes who!!!

Earlier, in another tweet, she had taken on the Shiv Sena and the Maharashtra government, saying the way she was "terrorised" and the "constant attacks and abuses hurled" at her justifies her comparison of Mumbai with Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.

She had also targetted the Congress and Sonia Gandhi, saying Sonia's army had raised slogans of "free Kashmir" in Mumbai an added that the "day is not far when the price of freedom is only and only blood."

The actor and Maharashtra government has been at loggerheads ever since she took up the issue of the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, and targetted the “movie mafia” and Mumbai police.

After the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation moved to demolish her office building in Mumbai, the actor had accused the chief minister of siding with the “Bollywood mafia” and taking revenge on her. “Today you demolished my building. Tomorrow your arrogance will be demolished," she had said in a video message and compared her situation with the plights of Kashmiri pandits.
