Few days after actor Irrfan Khan revealed he was diagnosed with neuroendocrine tumour, and promised to return with stories, he shared an inspirational post on Instagram. This is also his first post from London, after he said he will be leaving the country for treatment.

Khan shared a picture of a silhouette of himself, and captioned it with a powerful poem by Rainer Maria Rilke.

God speaks to each of us as he makes us,

then walks with us silently out of the night.

These are the words we dimly hear:

You, sent out beyond your recall,

go to the limits of your longing.

Embody me.

Flare up like a flame

and make big shadows I can move in.

Let everything happen to you: beauty and terror.

Just keep going. No feeling is final.

In his earlier tweet, Khan had put an end to all speculations about his health condition. “The unexpected makes us grow, which is what the past few days have been about,” he wrote.

Irrfan's announcement that he was diagnosed with a rare disease had lead to speculation in the media and among his fans about the status of his upcoming projects.

But Irrfan's next film Blackmail will release as scheduled on April 6.

Filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj who was working on his next film with Irrfan Khan and Deepika Padukone has postponed the film. On Monday, he tweeted that he will wait for the 'warrior' Irrfan to return.
